Arizona Protection Agency was founded in 1988, and for the last twenty years has been a proven leader in unarmed, licensed, uniformed security guards in the Phoenix metropolitan area and surrounding cities. The quality of our security guards.  Through our rigorous selection and training process, we assure our clients that only the finest security guards will be stationed at their site.  All A.P.A. security guards must pass an extensive written test, in house training at our Academy, a psychological evaluation, verbal and writing evaluation, F.B.I. background check, on-site training, and follow-up. All A.P.A. security guards are licensed, bonded, and insured beyond the state of Arizona requirements.  Many of our security guards have been with us for multiple years.
