Career Opportunities - Arizona Protection Agency

We are looking for qualified, motivated people with good moral character to fill positions as security officers.

Arizona Protection Agency trains its employees to standards far exceeding the industry standard. Our highly rated in-house training Academy is just the beginning. In addition, high-ranking security trainers conduct extensive on-site training. At Arizona Protection Agency, site-specific training, using the P-D-R (Practice-Drill-Rehearse) method, is used to give our employees a thorough understanding of their duties.

It is Arizona Protection Agency’s policy to promote from within, as we want all patrol drivers, dispatch operators, supervisors, and middle management to have a working “in the field” knowledge of security, based upon Arizona Protection Agency regulations and methods.

If you are an individual with high personal standards, excellent people skills, a professional attitude, and you wish to climb the ranks in a company with a proven track record, please call our employment number 480-423-7772.

Ex-military and law enforcement are encouraged to apply.
