Client Reporting

All reporting will be done by smart devices. We begin by placing QR codes at strategic locations on each site. These QR codes contain specific guard instructions for that location, and automatically initiate the officer's smart device to take a photo of the location. The QR code enters an entry in the report for that location; then the guard can manually add to that entry-either by typing, voice recording or adding another photo. Entries will be color coded to reflect the level of importance.

Additionally - we will know exactly where each guard is at every moment because the software tracks each device via GPS. If they leave the site just a few minutes early, we will know. If they leave the site during their shift, we will be alerted through Geo-fencing technology.

These are just a few of the features this software offers. Optionally, you can have a client log-in to our website, where you can monitor live what the guards are doing on your sites (if you so choose).
